The current E-Commerce collective labor agreement expires on April 1. That is why De Unie will soon sit down with employers in E-Commerce to negotiate the new collective labor agreement.
In order to know what employees in the sector find important, a survey will be conducted by the independent research agency InnerVoice prior to the negotiations. Through this survey, employees in the sector can indicate what they find important with regard to their employment conditions. For De Unie the outcome of this research forms an important basis for the efforts in the negotiations. Employees who fall under the collective labor agreement E-Commerce will soon receive a message from the research agency InnerVoice with an invitation to participate in the research.
In addition, employees have the opportunity to register for round table discussions with De UnieThe negotiator(s) of De Unie are happy to talk to employees to hear directly from them what is going on and what is important for the negotiations. Employees do not have to be members of the research and/or participate in the round table discussions De Unie or another union.
