On April 1st, the current E-Commerce collective labor agreement (CLA) will expire. That's why De Unie will soon sit down with employers in the E-Commerce sector to negotiate the new CLA.
To understand what employees in the sector find important, an independent research firm, InnerVoice, will conduct a survey before the negotiations. Through this survey, employees in the sector can indicate what they consider important regarding their employment conditions. The results of this survey will serve as an important foundation for De Unie's position during the negotiations. Employees covered by the E-Commerce CLA will soon receive an invitation from InnerVoice to participate in the survey.
Additionally, employees have the opportunity to sign up for roundtable discussions with De Unie. De Unie's negotiators are keen to engage with employees directly to hear about their concerns and what is important for the negotiations. Employees do not need to be members of De Unie or any other union to participate in the survey or the roundtable discussions.
