Following the rejection of the final offer, we received many reactions from the members. These show that there are concerns about the future of DocMorris. There is also understanding of the situation the company finds itself in. One thing is clear to many employees: if DocMorris truly wants to show respect for the employees' dedication, a better offer must be made.

The previous final offer was rejected because many members felt it offered too little concrete improvement. Not only was a collective labor agreement wage increase lacking, but DocMorris also saw no room for alternatives that were indeed mentioned, such as an improvement to the travel allowance or extra leave. As a result, many members felt that their efforts were not sufficiently appreciated.
