Aanleiding
For several years now, CZ has been working on deploying the new FZBO claim processing system as a replacement for the claim processing system MARS Schade en Machtigingen. The new claim processing system went live in May 2022 without redundancies in 2022. In 2023 there will be consequences for employment.
The position of Administrative Assistant B will be canceled at all locations (Tilburg, Sittard and Goes). Exceptions are Administrative Employees B at PZP. The reorganization affects 29 employees, excluding temporary workers. CZ is still investigating whether this number can be reduced through natural turnover and/or reassignment.
The employees involved have been informed, have been declared preventively mobile and are covered by the CZ 2021-2025 social plan. Final redundancy is expected in mid-2023. Advice will first have to be obtained from the Works Council for this. This process is expected to start mid-December 2022 – early January 2023.
