Postponement of new pension scheme
Unfortunately, it was not possible to implement the new pension scheme as of 1 January 2025. More time is needed to carefully complete the communication, (IT) systems & processes and coordination with the supervisors. The new intended date for the transition is 1 January 2026. This means that the current basic scheme and supplementary schemes will be continued in 2025. On the website of the pension fund Hospitality & Catering you will find more information about the postponement and you can also ask your questions about it. RVU
The Early Retirement Scheme (RVU) started in April 2021. Since the start, 551 employees have applied. After a check on the conditions and required documents, 2024 applications for the RVU have been approved up to and including August 257. There are still three applications that are still waiting for a signed employer's declaration for a final award. The collective labor agreement parties have extended the RVU scheme until December 31, 2025.
Do you want to stop working earlier? Do you fall under the collective labor agreement for contract catering and are you a maximum of 36 months before your AOW date? Then you can apply for an RVU benefit. The benefit period of the RVU is a maximum of 36 months and there is no minimum period. Do you want to know more about the RVU?
