Generation pact

In the collective labor agreement we have made an agreement about a generation pact scheme. However, it turned out to take a little more time to arrange this properly, but now it is finally here. You can learn more about this here .

Employee survey

In the run-up to the conference, we sent a survey to all employees in the sector with questions about your work, market developments and job satisfaction. More than 750 colleagues have already completed the survey. Participation is still possible through Monday, March 20, 2023. Members have received an invitation to complete it. The results of the research will be explained to those present at the catering conference.

Congress

The catering sector has changed and it is time to look together at how these agreements work out in practice. That is why we are organizing the Catering and hospitality conference on Monday, April 17, 2023: on course together. The congress is from 10.30 am to 17.00 pm in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Participation is free of charge and includes lunch and drinks. Your travel and parking costs will also be reimbursed. You can read more about the day and registration here.

Code room contract catering

The Responsible Market Conduct Code Chamber has its own code chamber for contract catering. The contract catering code room meets a few times a year to discuss matters in the sector. There are a number of developments to mention. The tenders in the sector are of good quality. Sufficient attention is paid to sustainability and more attention is paid to employees. There is concern that service providers will not be able to provide their services due to the labor market shortage, which will increase the pressure on existing employees. Due to corona, the demand for services from clients has changed. There are more unmanned catering points and the service is shifting more towards hospitality. This will create more facility jobs with a broader range of tasks.
