Negotiation
The proposals have been reviewed and explained from both sides. CED would like a multi-year collective labor agreement. We are also in favor of this. That gives peace of mind to the organization. We would, however, like to see that a sufficient salary is agreed upon if we arrive at a multi-year collective labor agreement.
Workload
We received the signal from many members that there is a high workload. We have reported and discussed this with CED.
Continuation
So far we have not yet been able to make agreements for a new collective labor agreement. We hope that we can move forward in next week's consultation. We will keep you informed.
