After our staff meeting of November 21, 2023, we again negotiated very intensively and constructively with the employer for a social plan. Ultimately, this led to a negotiation result. You can do this here read. This is still subject to the works council receiving positive advice on the request for advice and the members agreeing to the result.
We would like to discuss the contents of the negotiating agreement with the members. That is why we invite the members to an employee meeting on December 6 at 9.30:XNUMX am at Bosch Security in Eindhoven.
After this meeting, members with a Complete membership can cast their votes until December 10 at the latest. They have received an invitation to vote.
