Exploring wishes
On October 2nd, the unions and the employer AZL held a constructive initial exploratory meeting regarding the collective labor agreement and the social plan, which expire at the end of this year. We exchanged proposals and further explained them to each other. Substantive negotiations have not yet begun. This is scheduled for the follow-up meeting on Tuesday, October 21st.
