As of September 1, 2022, Avient Protective Materials is sailing a course that is no longer determined by its former parent company.
Until October 1, 2023, the collective labor agreement of the former parent company is still in force (including transitional agreements) and new agreements can therefore also be made for a collective labor agreement for Avient in the Netherlands as of October 1, 2023. We assume that Avient does not intend to follow DSM's collective labor agreement for many years to come. We will come back to that in a subsequent post.
What is coming up is the meeting with the Vice President and General Manager, Jan Lodewijk Lindemulder.
An introductory meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 in Geleen (building 170), for which 2 hours have been reserved.
