Astellas: report on collective bargaining agreements

Last week we negotiated for the new collective labor agreement. Below is a short report.

Sustainable employability

In the past period, a working group has been working on sustainable employability. A lot is possible, but it cannot always be found and it is not used optimally. Our proposal to give a higher budget was rejected. Next time we will get more information about this.

Social plan

We have proposed to extend the social plan unchanged for a longer period of time. Astellas indicates that a social plan is not necessary, because there will be no major movements. If we do talk about it, some things will have to be adjusted, including the compensation.

Raise

An initial wage offer of 2,5% has been made on 1 April with a term of one year. Astellas does not want to comment on an increase for scale 12 and higher.

Hybrid work

Soon there will be a policy to work partly at home and partly at the office. A homework allowance of € 2 per day is proposed.

Generation pact

Astellas is not in favor of the Generation Pact. They now find it very difficult to find staff and it would also become more difficult to complete the shift work.

In addition to the salary proposal, Astellas also proposes to cancel the exemption from the shift work obligation.
