At the end of last week we continued discussions about a new collective labor agreement for asr. We have received a new offer and are now putting it to the vote of members with a Complete or Extra membership.

Renewed offer
ASR's previous proposal was not approved by the members. We subsequently entered into discussions, and ASR revised its offer. The salary increase was a key topic of discussion. Below, you can see the initial offer from the previous meeting. And below that, the revised offer, which you can vote on.
Duration: 33 months
- As of July 1, 2025: a structural salary increase of 3%
- As of July 1, 2026: a structural salary increase of 2,25%
- As of January 1, 2027: a structural salary increase of 2,25%
- The 'threshold' for being eligible for sabbatical leave for the first time will be 5 years of service
This is the improved proposal
Duration: 21 months
- As of November 1, 2025: a structural salary increase of 3%
- As of April 1, 2026: a structural salary increase of 3%
- In January 2026 a one-off fixed payment of € 1.500 gross (part-time pro rata)
- The 'threshold' to be eligible for the sabbatical for the first time will be 3 years of service

After consultation, ASR made this improved offer. The one-time payment is due to the administrative complexity of a retroactive salary increase and to accommodate colleagues in lower salary scales. You can here. read the entire offer again. And here. you can read the differences.
