What is Toekomstpro(o)f?
Toekomstpro(o)f is a coaching program that helps you have effective conversations with your employer. A coach will brainstorm with you, provide practical tips, and help you communicate clearly and confidently. This makes the conversation more pleasant and clear for both you and your manager.
What does the program look like?
We'll walk you through a number of clear steps and provide you with lots of useful tips that will really help you:
- You start with a phone call.
- Then you take an online test to discover what you need.
- You'll then have two sessions with your coach. During these sessions, you'll discuss any challenges you're facing or areas you'd like to improve, such as how to approach your manager.
