Negotiations for a new collective labor agreement at Arcadis are starting and the representative Emanuel Geurts asks the members for their opinion.
The collective labor agreement expires this year and a new Arcadis collective labor agreement has to be negotiated. On September 11, 2023, HR and trade unions explored which themes will be included in the collective labor agreement negotiations. These are in any case wages, pension, social framework, leave, work/private life, employability and trade union work. The question for you is what do you want to see in your collective labor agreement? What specific points would you like to give? You can send your response about the new collective labor agreement before Monday, October 3, 2023 via email emanuel.geurts@unie.nl.
Four rounds of negotiations are planned. The first round is on Thursday, October 5, and the last negotiation is on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Once the first round has ended, there will be feedback including the commitment of De Unie.
