We have previously informed you about the progress of the collective labor agreement texts. We were almost done then, but now it's time. You will find the text of the new collective labor agreement here in Dutch and here in English.
Retirement
The 2nd Chamber voted in favor of the new pension law in December 2022 and in January 2023 the 1st Chamber started considering the law. And they do, as it turns out. They have invited experts to inform themselves and have already formulated more than a thousand questions about the pension law. The questions range from fundamental to practical and very detailed. The senators have asked Minister Schouten to reply within four weeks. You can find out more about the whole process at https://www.werkenaanonspensioen.nl/.

At Arcadis, trade unions and HR have been discussing the new pension scheme since 2022. On March 28, 2023 we will discuss this further with each other and then an appointment is scheduled for May 9. So to be continued.
