A small summary of the message you received from us on July 20:
- We need your input for the new Arcadis collective labor agreement. You can participate in the decision-making process if you share your wishes with us. Which can here until Monday 29 August!
- We are looking for executives! Any member of de Unie can become an executive. You then have a more active role in drawing up the collective labor agreement. You can even sit down at the negotiating table! Do you want to know more, are you interested, or do you know someone? Then report that here.

Too late to respond?
You are never too late to respond. If you want to share something about the content or your interest in the collective labor agreement process, you can always contact us using the details below. There is, however, a hard stop for new subjects for this collective labor agreement, once the proposal letter has been shared. Nevertheless, your information can be important for all the subjects mentioned and we can include it in a subsequent process. Are you in doubt? Always share!
What else can you expect?
In the coming months, as social partners, we will be working on three topics, namely:
- The new collective labor agreement
- A social plan
- A new pension agreement
As a member of De Unie you can vote on everything, so you have a say in what is and is not introduced. You can vote on the social plan in the week of September 5, we will send you a message about this.
