What can De Unie mean to you?
The social plan includes a budget of €850 for legal support and a budget of €500 for financial insight. You can contact us for both advice.
If you have received a settlement agreement (vso), you can have it checked by an individual advocate (a lawyer) of ours. For correctness and whether the vso is drawn up in such a way that it does not affect your WW rights. You can also contact our individual advocates with all other questions about the vso.
Have you found another job quickly and have you received an employment contract from your new employer? Have it checked by De Unie before you sign. This also falls under our individual legal services.
The settlement agreement includes a termination fee. We can imagine that you have questions about how to best deal with this. In other words, that you need financial insight. We also have individual advocates in-house for that.
