On Friday, November 8, 2024, the trade unions and Aegon reached a negotiation result for a new collective labor agreement and a new social plan as of July 1, 2024. Below you can read the most important points from this negotiation result.

Negotiation result
We have agreed on a collective labor agreement with a term of 18 months. Two salary increases have been agreed. The first is retroactive to July 1, 2024. The salary applicable on June 30, 2024 will be increased by 5,5% with a minimum of € 430 gross to a maximum of € 690 gross per month. The second increase will take place on July 1, 2025. Then the salary applicable on June 30, 2025 will be increased by 2,0% to a maximum of € 250 gross per month. This is on a full-time basis and excluding the flex budget of 16,7%. In addition, the internet allowance and the parental leave scheme have been improved.
The social plan will remain in force unchanged for 18 months until 1 January 2026. During the term, we will examine how we can modernise the social plan (textually).

Stemming
We are positive about it and are curious about the opinion of the members about the negotiation result. The members have received an invitation to vote until Tuesday, November 26, 12.00:XNUMX noon. If the members of the trade unions have given their consent, the negotiation result will be processed in the text of the new collective labor agreement and the new social plan. As soon as this is ready, we will send the new documents to the members.
