Next round of negotiations
The second round of negotiations for a new collective labor agreement and social plan will take place on Wednesday morning, September 25, 2024, at our regular location at Van der Valk in Wassenaar. We will then explore the themes that have been collected from the letters of intent from the four negotiating parties. You can read more about this in the previous newsletter.
The themes under which we have placed all the points are employment conditions and relationships, development, policy, pension, salary, duration, social plan and union work. Our estimate is that on Wednesday we will come to the conclusion that we have to set priorities in the subjects that we will include during these negotiations, and which points we will put back on the agenda on a next occasion. We will see.
Visit to Aegon
On Thursday 26 September, the lobbyist will be at Aegon as part of the 'month of the trade union' to speak to you, answer questions and/or provide information about what De Unie does and can mean for employees at Aegon. You can find him between 9.30:11.30 and 3:XNUMX on the XNUMXe floor in room TA6. More information about union month can be found on the Aegon intranet.
