What do you want?
After the call in the previous newsletter, we have so far received input on, among other things, inflation (correction), collective wage increases, travel costs, (social) leave, severance pay and assessment scores for individual increases. We would like to receive your input for the negotiations. You can email your proposals before Monday, August 26 to emanuel.geurts@unie.nl.
Negotiations
On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, we will start the negotiations by presenting the proposal letters from the three unions and Aegon. This will be followed by at least four days of negotiations in which we will discuss the topics that will be on the table. This is led by an external process supervisor and at an external location. The exact negotiation dates have not yet been determined and you will receive them from me later.
Month of the union
The month of trade unions will take place in September 2024. This is also the month in which negotiations begin. Further information about this will follow on the intranet and via a newsletter.
