The Aegon CLA will expire on 1 July 2020 and this also applies to the social plan. De Unie aims to establish a new collective labor agreement and a new social plan before 1 July 2020.
We are going to work energetically on this. Because before the negotiations start, a lot needs to be done in the preparation.
What can employees expect?
- Employees receive a survey about the terms of employment;
- Union members participate in the discussion about the proposal letter from De Unie.
Investigation
At Aegon, it is good practice to involve all employees prior to collective bargaining. The trade unions and Aegon have jointly drawn up a survey in which we ask about the opinion of employees about their employment conditions. We include the trends from this survey in the consultation.
So fill out this survey. The employees will receive the survey from the employer on January 28, 2020. We will close the survey on February 10, 2020 at 10.00:XNUMX AM. The parties to the collective labor agreement will then discuss which indications from the survey will be included in the collective labor agreement negotiations. De Uniemembers will receive the results of this survey via De Unie.
Proposal letter
De Unie makes a proposal letter. This is the plan with which we start the negotiations. De Uniemembers can influence our proposal letter. You do this by registering as an executive. Executives contribute to the proposal letter from De Unie. The executives then provide input directly. Write along and contact me. I can be reached by e-mail inge.de.vries@unie.nl.
The draft proposal letter prepared by the executives explains De Unie for members. Ultimately, the members decide what De Unie wants to achieve for this collective labor agreement and for the social plan at Aegon.
