Next Thursday, June 5, 2025, a regular meeting will take place between ABN-AMRO and the unions. During this meeting, we will discuss all kinds of topics that are relevant to the workplace - from work pressure to reorganizations, from home working policy to mobility. In order to prepare ourselves well for the discussions, we would like to hear from employees which topics currently require attention.

What do you see happening in your department or in your position?
Perhaps you are running into bottlenecks in your work. Or you notice that colleagues are getting stuck in processes, that the workload continues to increase or that certain agreements from the collective labor agreement are not being properly observed in practice. Let us know! Your experiences and signals are important to us in order to be able to put them on the agenda and to raise them with the employer in a substantiated manner.
How does it work?
Please send your input no later than Wednesday morning, June 4, 2025 - 10.00:XNUMX AM to harma.pethke@unie.nl. We collect the responses and take them to the meeting with the bank. Of course, we treat all input confidentially.
What's already on the agenda?
There are already some topics that we will discuss at this point, such as:
- The progress of the implementation of collective labor agreement agreements;
- Signals about workload and staffing;
- Developments surrounding reorganizations;
- The application of the work-from-home policy.
The input of the employees is important to form a good overall picture.
Together we stand stronger
With De Unie we believe it is important that our efforts are always fueled by practice. We are here for you and that starts with listening carefully. So: do you have something that you think should be discussed with the bank? Let advocate Harma Pethke know via harma.pethke@unie.nl.
