Our proposals

At De Unie the members determine the stakes for the collective labor agreement negotiations. We write down the stakes in our proposal letter. In week 3 we start by setting out small polls on topics for the negotiations with asr. Based on the results of the polls we create a draft proposal letter. During a webinar about that letter you can let us know whether the proposals are good or whether you want to make any adjustments. We share the final proposal letter with asr prior to the negotiations
