There is a result for an adjustment to the asr social plan. The adjustments concern the duration and travel time calculation.
Just before the summer, an agreement about the social plan was included in the transition protocol for Aegon. As of July 1, 2024, asr's social plan will apply to Aegon employees with an adjustment. Asr would like this agreement to also apply to asr employees. The current social plans will continue to apply side by side until July 1, 2024.
Duration
Asr's current social plan now runs until December 31, 2024. Asr wants to treat everyone equally from July 1, 2024. The proposal is to make an adjustment to the duration and calculation of the travel time for asr employees. The new term will then be July 1, 2024 to September 31, 2026.
Calculate travel time
The agreement now is that the travel time calculation is always via OV9292. Now it doesn't matter how you actually travel. If your travel time, when functions are moved, exceeds one and a half hours one way, you can choose not to follow your function. Asr would like to change this agreement.
The new agreement concerns an increase in travel time and the method of calculation: if your location changes and your travel time from home to your new location increases and is more than one and a half hours one way. Your travel time is determined based on one of the following two methods:
- The ANWB route planner with the car as means of transport based on the fastest route, or
- the public transport travel information site “9292”.
The usual method of travel until the moment the reorganization is announced is the starting point for determining which of these two methods applies, insofar as this can reasonably be applied. You can then choose to be redundant from the moment your location changes.
The agreement will then come into effect next July 2024 and end on September 31, 2026. The current plan will remain in effect until July 1, 2023.
