We were informed that asr is taking over Aegon. Everything is expected to be approved in the second half of 2023. In the meantime, we will enter into discussions with asr and Aegon. We would like to know whether there are any consequences of this acquisition. We will also enter into discussions with the works councils of both organisations.

New organization
It is not yet clear what the new organization will look like. We hope to clarify this in the coming months. We will shortly be discussing this with both Aegon and asr. We want to gain insight into the consequences of the takeover and make agreements about this.
