A lot has happened in recent times. The unions have deliberately paused to give priority to the process surrounding the creation of a new collective labor agreement. The latest message from asr has led to an impasse. We have discussed this with the executives. To get out of the impasse, we have indicated that we want to continue negotiations on the previously agreed date.
During these consultations, the trade unions tried in various ways to come closer to each other with asr, but unfortunately they did not succeed. asr did not move, which ultimately resulted in a final bid.

To vote
The positive points from the final offer are that the RVU and sabbatical have been maintained. We would have liked to see a tax-friendly arrangement at the RVU, but that did not make it during the negotiations. We also see the promise of an increase in the travel allowance as a positive point and the flexible use of the leave.
On the other hand, the wage offer is low relative to inflation. We would have agreed on a higher wage. As unions, we would have liked to see employees receive 7% on an annual basis. asr offers 4,66% on a structural basis on an annual basis. We are therefore not satisfied with this final offer. Many of the things that the trade unions would see realized in this collective labor agreement were withheld by asr in the light of the Aegon takeover. It seems that asr is already taking a shot across the bow for a new collective labor agreement to be formed with Aegon.
We see that inflation is rising, groceries are becoming more expensive and energy bills are rising again. We have tried to find a middle ground. Unfortunately, asr did not want to go along with that. We think the final offer is insufficient.
The members of De Unie received an invitation to vote. There will also be a digital member meeting soon. You can then ask all your questions and we will provide further explanation.
