Signify: Member consultation results Central Social Plan

20 Januari 2026

In our last message, we informed you that negotiations regarding a new collective labor agreement and the CSP (Central Social Plan) with the employer had been suspended. We had asked the employer to continue discussions regarding the extension of the CSP. Initially, the employer did not agree, but later decided to resume discussions regarding the CSP extension.

In the first week of this month we again negotiated intensively with the employer about the content of the CSP. Ultimately this led to a negotiated agreement. You can here read the negotiating agreement.

In short, this means the following. The current CSP will be extended for three years with a multiplier of 1,75 (it was 1,85). In addition, you will not have to forfeit your severance pay if you rejoin Signify within six months. However, you will lose your seniority (previous years of service) in that case. You are entitled to compensation of €550 for legal advice and €450 for financial advice.

Despite the reduction in the severance pay multiplier, we are presenting this result with a positive recommendation to members with a Complete or Extra membership. This ensures a good safety net for the next three years should you be affected by one of Signify's reorganizations. Unfortunately, these cannot be ruled out in the coming months and/or years.

Members with a Complete or Extra membership have received an invitation to vote. They can until January 29, 2026.
