The discussion of the social plan is being initiated by NXP. They believe the current plan is unnecessarily complex. NXP will share its vision for the social plan with the unions. We will listen to the proposals and then seek the members' opinions.
CLA negotiations
The first collective labor agreement negotiations are scheduled for Thursday, November 27. The current dog The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) runs until December 31, 2025. We'd love to hear from our members about what's needed for a better collective bargaining agreement. They know best what's going on within the organization and what could be improved or missing. No suggestion is too crazy – so please email your feedback to the representative. To give you some guidance, consider topics such as:
