Adjustment of the job structure
Introduction of Global Job Framework
NN is going to expand the job classification system by adding an extra layer. To this end, NN is consulting with Korn Ferry, the system holder of the job evaluation system. The addition of subfamilies makes the job classification system internationally applicable throughout the entire organization. A message regarding this subject was posted on SAM on Thursday, March 25.
Is anything changing for you?
Logical question! NN states that employees will not automatically be placed in a different salary scale due to this adjustment. However, that does not mean that nothing changes for you. If another sub-family aligns better with your duties, you could theoretically still be reassigned in a few months. Potentially in a lower or higher scale, of course.
What can you do
Around the summer, you will receive a personal message from the employer. This will contain your job profile and the job and sub-family to which it is linked.
Inge de Vries advises you to check whether your job profile matches the duties you actually perform. Additionally, carefully review what changes have been implemented within the job family to which your position belongs. Are you encountering any issues? Feel free to send her an email: inge.de.vries@unie.nl and she looks along with you.
Job evaluation objection procedure
It was agreed in the NN collective labour agreement that an objection procedure must be established for disputes regarding job evaluation. It is important that this is addressed quickly now, so that this procedure is set up around the summer. De Unie has drafted a proposal together with the other trade unions. We are now waiting for a response from the NN.
The new collective labor agreement text is ready!
The new texts of the collective labour agreement, the social plan, and the Sourcing Social Framework are ready. You can find them on our website: https://www.unie.nl/bedrijven-en-cao/nn-group
Getting acquainted over a cup of coffee

| The Hague | Thursday morning, April 9, 2026 |
| Amsterdam | Tuesday morning, April 21, 2026 |

| Arnhem | Thursday morning, May 7, 2026 |
WMCO notification November 2025 – March 2026
Employers must inform the UWV when they dismiss more than 20 employees in a specific work area within a certain period. This is called a notification under the Collective Redundancy Act (WMCO). Unfortunately, NN is required to submit WMCO notifications regularly. The latest WMCO notification concerns 37 redundant employees in the South Holland and Zeeland work area (locations The Hague and Rotterdam). It is possible that there was redundancy at other locations as well, but that the total number there did not exceed 20.
The deployment of De Unie is to facilitate employees in retaining their jobs, either internally at NN or externally. However, it is also important that we prevent unnecessary reorganizations. If you have information regarding this, please contact the employee representative.
Pension file
Inge de Vries asked members who previously accrued pension rights with DLPF (DeltaLloyd Pension Fund) to cast their vote on a proposal to amend the pension agreement at DLPF. The result is now known: a large majority has approved this change. The result has been communicated to the pension fund and to NN.
Next periodic meeting
The next periodic meeting is on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Are there any topics that are important to you? Please feel free to let us know! For example, we have agreed to discuss signals regarding workload, but other points are of course welcome as well.
Questions? Feel free to ask!
Do you have any questions? Esther van Berkel and Inge de Vries will be happy to answer your questions. You can send them an email via esther.van.berkel@unie.nl of inge.de.vries@unie.nl.
