Who is the new advocate?

The name of our new advocate at KPN is Steef BilarsHe will take over as advocate from Harma Pethke, who is quietly retiring. Harma isn't leaving completely; she will provide support as needed during the upcoming negotiations. Our focus is on communication and connecting with members.

Who determines our commitment?

The opinions of our members are crucial in determining our efforts. They know the organization, what's missing, and what could be improved. In the coming weeks, we will be sending out polls on various topics to gather our members' opinions. We will use the poll results to determine our efforts. Our members will receive a message about the results after each poll. They can also always provide feedback via steef.bilars@unie.nlTo provide some guidance, consider employment conditions topics such as:

  • Loon
  • Mobility
  • Sustainable employability
  • Work-life balance
  • Leave of absence

Poll Wage & Purchasing Power

This week's poll focuses on Wages & Purchasing Power. The poll is open until Monday, October 27, 2025. Members have received an invitation to participate.
