Preparation for periodic meeting 11 May 2026
The next periodic meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026. During the periodic meeting, we elaborate on the collective labour agreement arrangements, discuss current developments within ING and questions from members, and prepare for the next collective labour agreement negotiations.
On May 11, we will also discuss the Learning Account. In addition, Inge would like to discuss the supplementary information regarding Pay for Growth, as well as the experience with Variable Remuneration. If you have any additional topics that are important to discuss, please let us know. Feel free to send them to inge.de.vries@unie.nl, then she includes them in the periodic consultation.
Invitation to pension members' meeting
Over the past few months, intensive consultations have been held between the social partners and the ING CDC pension fund. This has resulted in an amendment, an addition, to the transition plan. The text of this amendment is almost ready. Inge would like to explain what the amendment entails. Would you like to know more about this? Then you can join:

Make a difference as an executive. This is your chance!
2026 will be an important year, because the collective labor agreement negotiations start in September. The union officials of De Unie play an indispensable role in this: they contribute ideas, act as sparring partners, and participate in decision-making at important moments.
In view of this important period, we want to further expand the group of committee members. We have already welcomed a number of new, enthusiastic members and hope to strengthen this group even further. Does contributing sound interesting to you? Then take a look via this link whether it is something for you.
And then a general appeal
The trade union federation for professionals, the VCP, has launched a petition to protest against this cabinet's austerity plans for social security. De Unie is a member of the VCP. You can support this protest by this online petition to draw.
