Despite the holiday period, hundreds of colleagues have already signed the petition for a better collective labour agreement at Ebert HERA. On Thursday, May 21, 2026, we will present the petition to the management. This is a good moment to show that you want a better collective labour agreement offer and that a change in the company culture is needed. Therefore, come to the headquarters and present the petition together with us.

Join now, starting from €0

With this petition, we want to show your employer that the final offer, which all unions have rejected, is unacceptable. Ebert HERA continues to stick to a final offer without a wage increase, despite a banner financial year and rising inflation.

Culture of fear

Furthermore, the petition and conversations reveal that employees expect more appreciation from the employer and demand a better working atmosphere. A culture of fear prevails in various departments. People feel unsafe and do not dare to be critical out of fear. They are afraid of being held accountable by their supervisors. This is also evident from a previous study by Ebert HERA itself. However, that report has disappeared into a deep desk drawer. The employer downplays our concerns and willingness to take action.

Presentation of petition

That is why a petition has been started. With your signature, you show that you stand behind the unions and that enough is truly enough! We will present the petition to the management.

Time: 15.00:15.30 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

Please also forward the petition to colleagues (members and non-members). The more signatures, the stronger our signal to management. We will soon hold a joint general meeting of all unions to discuss how to proceed. We will inform our members about this shortly.

Make a colleague a member

Discuss a union membership with your colleagues who are not yet members of a union. De Unie! Especially now, it is important to support us in our pursuit of a good collective labor agreement!

And then a general appeal

The trade union federation for professionals, the VCP, has launched a petition to protest against this cabinet's austerity plans for social security. De Unie is a member of the VCP. You can support this protest by this online petition to draw.
