This is a good moment to show that you want a better collective labour agreement offer and that a change in the company culture is needed. With this petition, we want to show your employer that the final offer, which all unions have rejected, is unacceptable. Ebert HERA continues to stick to a final offer without a wage increase, despite a banner financial year and rising inflation.
Culture of fear
Furthermore, the petition and conversations reveal that employees expect more appreciation from the employer and demand a better working atmosphere. A culture of fear prevails in various departments. People feel unsafe and do not dare to be critical out of fear. They are afraid of being held accountable by their supervisors. This is also evident from a previous study by Ebert HERA itself. However, that report has disappeared into a deep desk drawer. The employer downplays our concerns and willingness to take action.
