De Unie and CINOP have reached a negotiated agreement for a new collective bargaining agreement. This agreement will take effect on April 1, 2026, and will have a term of nine months.
The agreements are based on employee input. This input was gathered through a comprehensive survey, panel discussions, and an employee meeting.
CINOP employees can now vote. Voting is open until Monday, December 21, 2025.
The results of the vote will be announced after December 21.
