In December 2025, De Unie A negotiated outcome for a new collective labor agreement with CINOP. CINOP employees were asked to give their opinion. Almost 80% of employees responded, and a resounding majority voted yes in this referendum.
De Unie is pleased that a new collective labor agreement has now been reached for CINOP, which enjoys broad support among employees. CINOP employees can expect a 4% salary increase in April 2026 and will receive a personal vitality budget and a budget for setting up their home workspace. Salary prospects will also be significantly improved.
