CBR: Collective labor agreement negotiations

October 08, 2025

In our previous member letter We asked our members for their opinions on the CBR proposals and our efforts. The response was overwhelming – thank you very much for that. Because it's impossible to answer everyone individually, we're sharing the key findings here.

Wage claim

The responses show a clear consensus: a new collective bargaining agreement is needed. We are fully committed to this. There is also broad support for maintaining our wage demand of 4,6%. Most members consider this percentage the minimum starting point.

Vitality regulation

More nuanced responses were received regarding the vitality program. The majority of members believe this program should be retained. Some suggestions for minor adjustments were made, but these varied widely. Therefore, we see no reason to propose any changes at this time.

Days off

Many members have raised the issue of purchasing additional days off. This is striking, as no specific question was raised about this. This indicates that this topic is high on employees' wish lists. We will explicitly address this in the consultation.

Our commitment on October 15

Based on all the responses, our commitment for the second round of negotiations on October 15 remains unchanged:

  • Stick to the 4,6% wage demand.
  • Maintaining the vitality scheme.
  • Expanding the ability to purchase additional days off.
