We are closely monitoring developments together with the works council. The works council is initially focusing on the usefulness and necessity of this reorganization. At the same time, De Unie and the other unions are paying a lot of attention to the possible consequences for employment.
Good to know: if the reorganization goes ahead after the Works Council's recommendation, the current social plan will remain in effect. The social plan will run until December 31, 2028.
We will continue discussions with the employer and the Works Council in the coming period.
