On Friday, November 7th, the unions and Aegon met again to discuss a new social plan. In this newsletter, we'll update you and invite you to an online meeting.

During the meeting, some developments were made that we would like to present to the employees on Thursday, November 13th. The works council will organize a general online meeting for this purpose. Our members will also receive an invitation to an additional online members' meeting.
General online meeting
The works council has sent invitations for an online employee session on Thursday, November 13, from 17:00 PM to 18:00 PM. This invitation is being sent to as many Aegon employees as possible, regardless of union membership. The unions are participating to speak with employees. Check your email or contact the works council for the invitation.
Members-only online meeting
Immediately following the general meeting, the online members' meeting will begin from 18:00 PM to 19:00 PM. Only members of affiliated trade organizations are invited to attend. This gives members more opportunity to participate and share their opinions.
We hope to hear from our members on Thursday, November 13th.
