In preparation for the consultation, an online employee meeting was held on October 28th, followed by an online members' meeting. During these meetings, trade unions explained and clarified the current state of affairs.
During these meetings and in the subsequent responses, it became clear to us that a large proportion of employees do not agree with the current proposals.

We also conveyed this signal to Aegon during the last meeting.
Aegon has received the message and is considering the matter. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 7th, where Aegon will respond. We will update you again on Monday, November 10th.
