Appointments
Of the members who voted, 78% voted in favor of the new collective labor agreement. This means there is a new collective labor agreement. Among other things, the following agreements have been made:
- Duration: 21 months
- As of November 1, 2025: a structural salary increase of 3%
- As of April 1, 2026: a structural salary increase of 3%
- In January 2026 a one-off fixed payment of € 1.500 gross (part-time pro rata)
- The 'threshold' for being eligible for sabbatical leave for the first time will be 3 years of service
- From 2026 onwards, employees can use 5 days per calendar year (part-time on a pro-rata basis) to undertake (additional) activities that are important to them.

In the coming period, the texts of the collective labor agreement will be adapted to the new agreements.
