In this message, we'll inform you about the ongoing preparations for the upcoming collective bargaining agreement negotiations. We're also asking our members for their ideas for the new collective bargaining agreement. Want to participate? You can!
What will the themes be?
In our previous message, we asked our members for input on the collective labor agreement negotiations. This inventory has so far yielded the following themes:
- collective and individual wage development
- shares
- tax matters such as benefit budget
- travel expenses
- offsetting a DUO student debt
AI, reservists, and workload are also reflected in members' commitment to the new collective labor agreement. The survey is open until Friday, February 20th. If you haven't yet submitted your commitment to the new collective labor agreement, please let us know by email. emanuel.geurts@unie.nl en esther.van.berkel@unie.nlWe're looking forward to your proposals!
In the lead-up to negotiations, we will use polls, short surveys, and other methods to get back to you on the priorities and expectations for the upcoming collective bargaining agreement.
What's the plan?
Scheduling the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiation dates has proven to be a difficult hurdle. We couldn't manage to gather more than ten agendas until June. We'll start with a process meeting on Friday, May 8, 2026. The actual negotiations are scheduled for:
- Monday 1 June
- Monday 8 June
- wednesday june 17
- Thursday 25 June
- Monday 29 June
We aim to reach a resolution for the new ANM-AMRO collective labor agreement by July 1st. The vote and further process will then follow.
