What's going on now?
There is good news. An agreement was recently reached on the new MB collective labour agreement, which runs from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This once again provides a solid foundation for the coming period.
At the same time, there is also a challenge. There is a shortage of skilled workers and specialists, meaning that not all assignments can be accepted. This makes it especially important to invest in good employment conditions and sustainable employability.
