De Unie at Philips
In addition to concluding the Phillips collective labor agreement, De Unie regular discussions with Philips. That is on average 5 times a year. This also applies to discussions with the Central Works Council of Philips. In addition, represents De Unie collective and individual interests of the members regarding reorganizations and the transfer of parts of Philips to another party.
What's going on at Philips
The current Philips collective labour agreement expires on July 1st. We are currently making preparations by gathering input from members for our proposal letter for a new collective labour agreement. New collective labour agreement negotiations will begin at the end of May. In addition, reorganizations have taken place regularly at Philips in recent years. There is unrest among the staff due to uncertainty regarding the future of employees at Philips.
