Collective labor agreement negotiations in the central government sector must be conducted by a (civil servants') central union. De Unie is affiliated with the Civil Service Centre (AC) for this purpose. There is a whole team of negotiators who prepare and conduct negotiations in the central government sector for all unions affiliated with the AC Central Government Trade Unions.
