De Unie is currently busy with the employer's wish to examine whether the salary structure can be tailored to the new organization. Previously, MN was a pension administrator and asset manager. The administration company has since transferred to PGGM. MN was subsequently transformed into a fiduciary asset manager.
The desire for a new remuneration policy brings together a number of possible changes. To adjust the policy, the consent of the Works Council is also required. In addition, our members must agree by a majority.
Given the nature of the proposed changes, De Unie For the time being, not enthusiastic about making interim adjustments to this subject within the current collective labor agreement.
What is going on at the moment?
At the moment, the primary focus is on the desire to adapt the salary structure and compensation policy to the new organization.
For De Unie It is important that the interests of all groups and wage scales are developed fairly, while preserving their prospects.
