Collective labor agreement negotiations in September
Starting in September, we'll be negotiating your employment terms with ING. We'll focus on questions like: how do ING employees see their contribution to success reflected in financial compensation? And how can they prepare effectively for their next step within or outside ING? Outsourcing policy is also a key priority for us. Retaining ING jobs in the Netherlands is crucial for employees.
