Working at DocMorris: in motion due to change and collective labor agreement developments

At DocMorris, employees work in an organization that is constantly evolving. Changes in business operations, financial scope, and employment conditions have a direct impact on daily work. It is precisely then that it is important to have clear agreements regarding salary, bonuses, leave, job evaluation, working hours, and how schedules and hours play out in practice.

De Unie is actively involved in the DocMorris collective labour agreement and represents the interests of employees in negotiations with the employer. In doing so, we look not only at the level of wage development, but also at topics that have significant practical implications for employees, such as the salary system, bonus agreements, days off, travel expenses, working hours, and the consequences of changes in job roles and remuneration. The recent collective labour agreement also includes concrete provisions regarding overtime and under hours, doctor's visits during working hours, and union facilities during working hours.

The collective labor agreement process at DocMorris has been intensive over the past few years. In 2025, a preliminary agreement was reached for the 2024–2025 collective labor agreement, with agreements on, among other things, salary scales, bonuses, an extra public holiday starting in 2026, and adjustments regarding overtime and undertime hours. In 2026, negotiations proved difficult once again, and the employer ultimately made a final offer. For employees, this demonstrates how important it is to be well-organized and to maintain influence over employment conditions that directly affect income, workload, and the structuring of the workday.

Do you work at DocMorris? Then you want to be able to count on clear information and expert support. De Unie helps you with questions regarding your collective labour agreement, your terms of employment, working hours, leave, your position within the organization, and changes to your role or remuneration. During collective labour agreement negotiations, we also ensure that members stay informed and can make their voices heard through consultations and votes on proposals and agreements.

As a member of De Unie You are not alone. We know the case, follow developments closely, and are committed to clear, fair, and explainable employment conditions. This ensures that your interests are strongly represented at DocMorris.
