De Unie at Duiker Clean Technologies
De Unie concludes the company collective labor agreement and is the only union active within this company with approximately 80 employees.
We believe it is important to agree on good employment conditions and to ensure that a balance is maintained between the interests of employees and the company's interests. In the past, employment conditions lagged behind those of comparable companies in the area. With the current collective labor agreement, this gap has been narrowed.
What is going on at the moment?
A discussion is underway regarding the pension scheme. The company falls under a special scheme at PME, to which it is voluntarily affiliated. Due to the transition to the new pension system, this scheme is no longer possible. This leads to higher costs for the company, which the employer would prefer to pass on entirely to the employees.
