De Unie is actively involved in the collective labor agreement negotiations.

What is going on at the moment?

A large number of ONVZ employees will soon transfer to VGZ under the Transfer of Undertakings Act. De Unie is holding discussions with VGZ regarding a careful transition and is also entering into talks about the harmonization of employment conditions.

For De Unie It is important to reach a new collective labor agreement in the short term, effective July 1st.
