De Unie at ASN Bank
We are negotiating a collective labour agreement (CLA), social plan, and pension scheme for ASN Bank.
What finds De Unie important?
Involvement in the reorganization and further support, and the settlement of the pension compensation.
What is going on at the moment?
A major reorganization is currently underway. In 2025, 700 of the 4.500 jobs will disappear, and approximately another 900 in 2026. Additionally, collective labor agreement negotiations will start in September 2026.
