De Unie at Arcadis
We are negotiating a collective labour agreement (CLA), social plan, and pension scheme for Arcadis. In addition, we hold periodic consultations with Arcadis regarding current affairs within the organization and the sector, and the implementation of CLA agreements.
What finds De Unie important?
That developments at Arcadis and in the sector are monitored and discussed in relation to employment conditions, quality and quantity of work, learning and development, and artificial intelligence (AI).
What is going on at the moment?
Several developments are currently taking place at Arcadis, including a new CEO and strategic direction, the pension transition, and negotiations for a new collective labor agreement.
